President/CEO Wendy Meyers is a former senior sales and marketing executive from Silicon Valley, who worked for 18 years as a start up company expert for companies including Micro Focus, Microsoft, Brio Technology and Symantec/Peter Norton Computing. During her tenure at Symantec/Norton Computing, Meyers was a senior member on the mergers and acquisitions team and participated in over half a billion dollars worth of strategic acquisitions. Meyers was also a founding board member of the Software Telebusiness Alliance in Silicon Valley, an organization that created national business standards and procedures for out-bound call centers.

Meyers managed, mentored and trained over 500 software professionals during her tenure in the valley, and was awarded the prestigious TWIN award in 1997 (an award presented annually to the top 50 female executives who have achieved exemplary success in their fields). She has an extensive background in music and professional concert photography, has worked as a professional freelance photographer and travels the country on a regular basis to attend and photograph all of the major concerts and festivals. Wendy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Marketing Communications from San Diego State University, and a Nursing degree from Boise State University.

Chief Operating Officer/President of Paragon's FIlm Division Keith Selin has over 18 years of industry experience which began in music management (formerly with Rhino Records) and continued in film distribution and production in Los Angeles, California with Wild Street Pictures, Tandem Pictures, and Cinema Arts Entertainment. Keith, a prolific musician who plays over eight instruments, has an extensive background in radio, record production and tour management, and is also a participating member of the American Film Market Association (IFTA). He is also actively involved with the Idaho Film Bureau. Keith received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Idaho in Finance with a music minor.
